Full Time Fastener Machine Setter Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 + additional compensation in Infastech (M) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

SPM or Certificate in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in fastener manufacturing or relevant experience in machine operation, screw machine operation, or a production environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting capability.

Ability to work independently and on shifts.

Operate and set up various fastener manufacturing machines (e.g., cold headers, thread rollers, secondary operation machines) to produce high-quality fasteners according to specifications.

Change machine sizes, perform minor repairs, and adjust machines and tools.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to set up machines accurately and efficiently.

Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and adherence to standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Document production data, machine settings, and quality control results accurately.

Possess a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
