Role Description<

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Damansara. The Retail Salesperson will welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products for parents, babies, and children. Daily tasks include explaining product features, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and neatly displayed. The role also involves answering customer inquiries, providing after-sales support, keeping the store clean and organized, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events. The Retail Salesperson will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and deliver a friendly, helpful customer experience.

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and promote products effectively.
• Solid Product Knowledge of baby, kids, and parenting items, with a willingness to learn and stay updated.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers and build trust.
• Ability to work on-site in Damansara, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills, with familiarity in using POS systems.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional, approachable manner.
• Experience in retail or baby/kids products is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Minimum secondary school education; additional training or certification in retail or customer service is beneficial.
