Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations or related fields.

• Experience in e-commerce, livestream operations or retail operations is an advantage.

• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop or Lazada Seller Centre is a plus.

• Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.

• Detail-oriented, especially when handling product information, stock and pricing.

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Willing to work flexible hours when required for livestream campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock & Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate incoming products and stock deliveries from brand partners.

• Receive, check and organise products before livestream sessions.

• Ensure product quantities, variants, pricing and promotional details are accurate.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

• Maintain proper stock records and ensure products are returned or accounted for after campaigns.

2. Platform & Partner Coordination

• Liaise with Shopee, TikTok, Lazada and other platform partners on livestream arrangements.

• Coordinate campaign participation, platform deals, vouchers, subsidies and promotional mechanics.

• Follow up on platform requirements, campaign timelines and livestream arrangements.

• Ensure all necessary information and materials are submitted to platform partners on time.

3. Product & Deal Planning

• Review incoming brand deals and promotional offers.

• Research and identify suitable products for upcoming livestream sessions.

• Evaluate product pricing, discounts, vouchers and overall deal attractiveness.

• Coordinate with the BD and commercial teams to select products based on campaign objectives.

• Prepare product lists, pricing sheets and livestream selling sequences.

• Ensure all product links, SKUs, prices and promotional mechanics are correctly set up before going live.

4. Studio & Livestream Set-up

• Prepare and arrange studio spaces according to livestream requirements.

• Ensure products, props, displays and promotional materials are ready before each session.

• Coordinate camera, lighting, OBS and other livestream equipment set-up.

• Conduct pre-live checks to ensure the studio and products are ready.

• Troubleshoot basic operational issues during livestreams and coordinate with the technical team when needed.

• Ensure the studio is properly maintained and organised after each session.

5. Livestream Execution Support

• Work closely with hosts, livestream operators and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Prepare product information, selling points and deal sheets for hosts.

• Monitor product availability and promotional mechanics during livestreams.

• Support last-minute operational requirements and resolve issues during live sessions.

• Ensure all post-livestream operational tasks are completed.
