Responsibilities
If you're currently working in retail sales, customer service, education, enrichment, fitness/gym membership sales, hospitality or another customer-facing position, you've already developed skills that are highly valuable in sales.
You know how to communicate with customers, understand their needs, explain solutions and create a positive experience.

What You'll Do:
-Represent SDA at shopping malls, MRT stations, supermarkets, workshops and roadshow events according to roster arrangements.
- Proactively approach and engage prospective learners.
- Understand their career goals, concerns and upskilling needs.
- Share factual insights on recent AI developments, Singapore's current employment landscape and the importance of professional certifications.
- Introduce SDA and recommend appropriate courses based on the prospect's needs and objectives.
- Explain how upskilling and relevant certifications can support an individual's career development.
- Assist prospects with government funding eligibility checks, accurate grant calculations and the correct application of SkillsFuture Credit, where applicable.
- Follow through with prospects and take ownership of your individual sales performance.
