HIRING: PART-TIME EVENT SUPPORT CREW (AV & GUEST SERVICES)
Looking for a short-term event job at one of Singapore’s most iconic venues? Join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting a professional event at Marina Bay Sands (MBS)!
JOB DETAILS
Location: Marina Bay Sands (MBS)
Dates: 4 & 5 November 2026
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $12/hour
Employment Type: Part-Time / Ad Hoc
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with setting up and preparing AV equipment.
Distribute, collect and organise headsets for event guests.
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Guide guests on how to use the headsets.
Ensure the smooth running of event operations.
Assist with basic equipment checks and simple troubleshooting under guidance.
Keep equipment organised and handle it with care.
Perform other event-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Friendly, approachable and customer-oriented.
Polite and professional when interacting with guests.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, punctual and attentive to details.
Patient and helpful when answering guest enquiries.
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
Willing to learn and assist with basic AV equipment.
Previous AV, event or customer service experience is an advantage.
Candidates who can commit to both 4 & 5 November will be given priority.
