Full Time PRODUCTION Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in CRAGAR INDUSTRIES PTE LTD North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead daily production to achieve output, quality and on-time delivery commitments.

·      Manage CNC machining, assembly and production scheduling across customer orders.

·      Prepare and control daily CNC machine loading plans based on priorities and capacity.

·      Balance manpower, machine capacity, materials, tooling and subcontract requirements.

·      Monitor actual output versus plan and recover delays quickly.

·      Ensure first-piece and in-process quality controls are followed during production.

·      Coordinate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Stores and Procurement.

·      Drive reduction of downtime, rework, scrap, bottlenecks and overdue orders.

·      Maintain visual daily production status and clear escalation of delivery risks.

·      Develop supervisors and machinists to improve productivity, discipline and multi-skilling.

·      Lead continuous improvement in flow, setup time, utilisation and delivery performance.

Job Requirements

·      Diploma or equivalent qualification is acceptable; proven production leadership is essential.

·      Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience with CNC machining exposure.

·      Strong skills in daily scheduling, machine loading, capacity planning and delivery control.

·      Good understanding of machining processes, in-process quality and shop-floor problem solving.

·      Able to lead people firmly, manage priorities and respond quickly to delivery changes.
