Responsibilities

·      Build high-quality, full-stack applications (ReactJS, NestJS,TypeScript) and contribute to end-to-end feature development.

·      Work with CI/CD pipelines for large-scale systems and ensureseamless deployment.

·      Maintain software applications, focusing on availability,performance testing, and code security (VAPT/OWASP).

·      Ability to architect solutions that are rational andencourage reusability of code.

·      Communicate technical trade-offs to ensure scalability,resiliency, and security.

·      Take full ownership of feature development independently,from system design to production deployment.

·      Influence engineering best practices and drive technicalstrategy within the team.

·      Actively mentor junior engineers, participate in codereviews, and involvement in technical discussions.

·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders(Business Analysts, Quality Engineers, DevOps, UX Designers) to translatebusiness needs into technical solutions.

·      Foster a culture of continuous learning and openness to new ideas.

Requirements

·      Strong hands-on experience in full-stack software development, with advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).

·      Strong frontend development experience using ReactJS, responsive web design, Tailwind CSS, and CSS.

·      Strong backend development experience using NestJS, NodeJS, and Prisma.

·      Experience working with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching.

·      Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS.

·      Experience building cloud-based applications using the AWSSDK and working with AWS services such as CloudFront, S3, Aurora RDS, DynamoDB, Elasti Cache, Serverless/Lambda, and Lambda@Edge.

·      Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production applications.

·      Good understanding of application security principles, including VAPT and OWASP, as well as application performance testing.

·      Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, resiliency, security, and reusable design principles.

·      Experience working in an Agile software development environment.

·      Ability to independently manage complex features from technical design through production deployment.

·      Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

·      Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.

·      AWS certification at Associate level or above is an advantage.

·      May be required to provide standby/on-call support outside standard working hours, including weekends or public holidays, when required for critical system support.
