Role Purpose

Ensure accurate data collection and business requirement gathering, perform digital channel functional UAT and Google Analytics data validation, and support ongoing NextGenApp and BAU initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain tracking specifications (tagging requirements documents) for new features, campaigns, and platforms.
• Audit existing tracking to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business KPIs.
• Collaborate with developers to implement GA/GA4 tracking.
• Validate technical implementation against tracking specifications during development and UAT.
• Monitor data flow across GA and GTM (Google Tag Manager).
• Partner with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to capture analytics requirements.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end UAT test cases to validate tracking, functionality, reporting accuracy, and ensure alignment with release specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
• Proven background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical data into business insights.
• Knowledge of tracking specifications / tagging requirements documents.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (Universal Analytics & GA4).
• Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery (BQ), or other analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of customer journey analytics and UX research.
