Job Title: Delivery Lead/ Sr Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

IT Delivery

• Lead the execution and delivery of the IT project roadmap and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Prepare and present status updates, dashboards, and management reports to relevant governance forums.

Program & Project Management

• Coordinate multiple initiatives across various technology and business domains.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, change requests, and implementation schedules.
• Escalate delivery risks and issues appropriately while driving timely resolution.
• Support budgeting, procurement activities, and resource planning for roadmap initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage and coordinate with infrastructure, application, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, procurement, and business teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment of project objectives, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all parties involved.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and system integrators to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Monitor vendor performance, project milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Review project deliverables and ensure alignment with business and requirements.
• Support procurement, contract management, and vendor governance activities.

Governance & Compliance

• Align with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit, regulatory examination, and compliance-related remediation activities.
• Track and report implementation progress of audit findings and recommendations.
• Ensure appropriate governance documentation and approvals are maintained throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT, Technology Delivery, or Project/Programme Management.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and technology vendors.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
