Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Others) or equivalent

• More than 5 years’ experience in property developer/real estate industry

• Meticulous with good interpersonal skills

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Responsibilities

• To evaluate the progress claim received from the subcontractors and suppliers

• To assist in the settlement of Final Account for the Main Contractor and sub-contractors

• Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters, including progress claim, verification, comparison and certification of sub-contractors and suppliers claims

• Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers

• Coordinate with project teams in administering contractual claims such as variation orders, extension of time, loss, expenses, etc

• Attending site valuation, site meeting and preparing progress payment

• Coordinate various QS activities in the most cost effective way

• Comply, confirm and implement company procedure on all contract and administration matters

• Willing to travel or transferred at site when required

• Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently

• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors

• Preparation of project costing / administration of contract and letter writing
