Technical Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks in the inventory software system to verify inventory accuracy and availability
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance on yard and workshop tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain the tool room by implementing 5S initiatives and upholding good housekeeping standards
• Navigate inventory systems and Microsoft Office suite to support inventory and maintenance tasks
• Drive company vehicles safely using a Class 3 driving license to support operational needs
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Work overtime, including weekends, as required to meet operational demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a relevant technical certification to perform maintenance and repair tasks
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license for vehicle operation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Forklift driving license (advantageous for supporting yard operations)
• Basic technical knowledge of tooling and vehicle maintenance to assist with repairs and upkeep

Other Information

• Overtime work includes dinner and transport allowance
• Fixed monthly laundry allowance provided
