An employer of choice, this emerging hospitality firm is renowned for their product portfolio and exceptional guest experience. As the firm looks to expand their global footprints, they are seeking a seasoned Finance leader to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s strategic growth, business performance and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders, spanning Commercial, Revenue Management, Operations, amongst others, to elevate business performance and drive operational efficiency. You will also lead Finance transformation initiatives, establishing performance management tools and sharpening analytical capabilities to better understand business evolution. As the firm looks to expand their global footprints, you will also be actively involved in evaluating growth opportunities, including M&A and portfolio offerings.

Experience

Ideally, you are a seasoned Finance Business Partner with 20+ years of experience in the hospitality space. You have a track record in corporate and property-level roles across multi-brand hospitality organisations, including strong business partnering expertise with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and value creation. Armed with strong commercial acumen, you are known to challenge the status quo and influence decisions at the executive level. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, enterprising and agile.
