Production Intern (Internship) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 900 in Nilai Apparel Gift & Souvenir Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Intern to join our manufacturing team at Nilai Apparel Gift & Souvenir.

This internship provides hands-on experience in apparel manufacturing, production planning, workflow coordination, and quality management within a fast-paced printing and garment production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production operations, including sublimation printing, heat pressing, fabric cutting, sewing coordination, and packaging.
• Monitor production progress to ensure orders are completed according to schedule.
• Assist the Production Supervisor in planning daily production activities and managing workflow.
• Coordinate with the Printing, Cutting, Sewing, and Quality Control teams.
• Monitor materials, production output, and work-in-progress (WIP).
• Identify production delays, operational issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in preparing daily production reports and maintaining production records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce wastage.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
• No previous working experience required.
