Full Time Production- Manufacturing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Glide Technology Selangor - Maukerja

Join our team as a Production/ Manufacturing Executive and play a key role in achieving our production targets. If you have experience in production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing operations, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor raw material inventory and finished goods stock.
• Ensure production orders are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Estimate material, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor product quality and identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
• Recommend solutions to reduce production costs and improve processes.
• Maintain production records, documentation, and performance reports.
• Communicate production schedule changes to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Arrange worker shifts and provide training to new employees when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a similar position.
• Experience in production planning is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is an advantage.
• CPIM certification or other relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
