Full Time Digital Distribution Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Beestay Property Management WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in OTA management, hotel reservations, revenue management or hospitality operations.

• Experience managing Airbnb, *************, Agoda and/or ************* accounts.

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers and online booking systems.

• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, occupancy management and revenue optimisation.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

A. OTA Platform Management

• Oversee and manage all OTA platforms, including Airbnb, *************, Agoda and *************, Expedia etc.

• Ensure all property listings, room descriptions, photographs, pricing and availability are accurate and up to date.

• Monitor listing performance, property rankings and platform visibility.

• Manage OTA promotions, campaigns, discounts and special offers.

• Ensure compliance with OTA platform policies and requirements.
  
  B. Revenue & Pricing Management

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.

• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, seasonal trends and booking patterns.

• Adjust daily room rates, minimum stay requirements and availability accordingly.

• Identify opportunities to increase Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy rate and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).

• Monitor revenue performance and recommend improvements.
  
  C. Booking & Inventory Management

• Monitor reservation activities across all OTA channels.

• Ensure accurate room availability and prevent double bookings.

• Manage cancellations, modifications, overbookings and booking discrepancies.

• Ensure all OTA booking information is properly synchronised with the company’s PMS.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth booking fulfilment.
  
  D. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly OTA performance reports.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including:
  Occupancy Rate
  Average Daily Rate (ADR)
  Total Booking Revenue
  Listing Conversion Rate
  Guest Reviews and Ratings

• Analyse performance trends and implement improvement strategies.

• Identify underperforming properties and develop action plans.
  
  E. Team Management & Coordination

• Lead and supervise the OTA operations team.

• Assign responsibilities and monitor staff performance.

• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for OTA management.

• Coordinate with the guest service, housekeeping, maintenance and property management teams.

• Provide training and guidance to team members.
  
  F. Account Management & Relationship Building

• Maintain good relationships with OTA account managers and platform representatives.

• Handle escalated account issues, listing suspensions, payment discrepancies and platform-related disputes.

• Explore new OTA platforms and online distribution opportunities to expand the company’s market reach.
