Summary:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of substation projects from procurement, engineering and construction through installation, testing and commissioning. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project teams and manage the execution of the full project cycle, including procurement, engineering, construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, local authorities, site teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor project work programmes to ensure timely completion of project tasks and compliance with the overall contractual schedule.
• Prepare project progress reports, progress claims and other related project documentation, including outage plans.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress and address issues to support successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Relevant working experience with a proven track record in successfully commissioned substation projects rated at 132kV and above.
• Deep understanding of TNB Grid Development standards and construction practices.
• Grid Contractor Qualified Person (GCWP) and Receiving Authorized Authority (RAA) certification is highly desirable.
• Willing to travel.
