You will assist our team with customer enquiries, marketing activities, social media, and promotional campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in responding to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.

Help follow up with interested customers and provide information about our training courses.

Support the team in planning and carrying out marketing campaigns.

Contribute creative ideas for social media posts and promotional activities.

Assist with simple marketing research and competitor analysis.

Help coordinate daily marketing activities and assigned tasks.
