WE’RE HIRING | SECURITY & SAFETY OFFICER

Bertam Resort & Water Park Penang, Kepala Batas

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security & Safety Officer to help protect our guests, team members and property. The role covers daily resort operations, including the water park, and requires a calm, professional approach when responding to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the resort and water park, and monitor entrances, exits and CCTV.
• Respond promptly to security concerns, accidents and emergencies.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security records.
• Help enforce safety procedures and support fire and emergency drills.
• Assist guests and team members while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and authorities when required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in security or safety, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, incident reporting and emergency response.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills, sound judgement and a strong sense of responsibility.
• First aid or fire safety training is an advantage.
