Full Time Proton Executive Customer Service Operations (ECSO) - Sungai Long Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in ProAuto Drive Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Assist the MCSO in overseeing daily operations and overall performance of the automotive service centre.
• Supervise, guide, and support service centre staff, including conducting daily briefings and communicating operational updates.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of service SOPs and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in budget planning, monitor departmental performance, and contribute to achieving profitability targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, including cleanliness, safety standards, and proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts, accessories, lubricants, and tools to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of workshop operations, including compliance with 5S standards and company guidelines.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Practical experience in managing service centre operations and supervising staff is an added advantage.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, and overseeing workshop operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
