Job Description

Responsibilities

WE ARE HIRING – SALES CLERK

Position: Sales Clerk
Nationality: Singapore Citizens / PR Only
Salary: *************
Working Hours: 9-6pm
Location: kallang way

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices.

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.

  • Follow up on customer orders and delivery arrangements.

  • Assist with daily sales and administrative duties.

  • Maintain proper records and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents (PR) only.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Able to communicate in English.

  • Good communication and organisational skills.

  • Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

  • Relevant working experience is an advantage.
