Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Engineer & Cybersecurity professional to lead and support our cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation efforts across the organisation. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining enterprise cloud platforms while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud platforms.
Lead cloud migration projects from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions.
Manage cloud networking components including Virtual Networks (VNets), VPN Gateways, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and connectivity solutions.
Monitor and optimise cloud resource utilisation, performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
Ensure business continuity, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions are in place.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and governance policies.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
Manage endpoint protection, threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements, including PDPA and relevant healthcare security standards.
Lead investigations and response activities for cybersecurity incidents and security breaches.
Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Manage user access controls, identity governance, conditional access policies, and authentication mechanisms.
Provide technical leadership for M365 security, compliance, and collaboration solutions.
Infrastructure & Technology Management
Manage hybrid infrastructure environments integrating on-premise and cloud technologies.
Support virtualisation technologies such as VMware.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure secure and scalable technology solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Project Management & Leadership
Lead cloud transformation and cybersecurity projects across multiple business units and geographical locations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and IT support teams.
Manage vendors, external partners, and service providers to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations.
Proven experience managing Azure cloud environments and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud architecture, and infrastructure modernisation projects.
Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programmes.
Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
