Job Description:
- Lead key HSE programs in safety, compliance, and wellbeing.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Department of Environment (DOE) and client.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environment laws, by-laws, and regulations.
- Conduct mandatory safety, health, and environmental assessments in alignment with legal requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct HSE programs at all project sites to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and effective implementation of company HSE practices. 6. Plan and coordinate emergency drills, including fire, first aid, chemical spill, and other relevant simulations.
- Perform workplace risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
- Organize and deliver comprehensive HSE training, briefings, and induction sessions for employees.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, including workplace conditions, first aid equipment, and firefighting systems.
- Investigate and document accidents/incidents thoroughly, providing analysis and recommendations for prevention.
- Manage and proper handling, storage, disposal and documentation of scheduled waste.
- Assist in overseeing the maintenance and service of firefighting systems, solar maintenance, and office facilities.
- Assist in Emergency Response Team (ERT) coordination, evacuation preparedness, and emergency response activities.
- Maintain safety related documentation, reports, and communication materials. 15. Track and rectify Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions (UCUA) findings to ensure proper corrective action and site safety compliance.
- Carry out other duties and tasks assigned by Safety & Health Officer or Management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Safety and Health/Science/Engineering & possess a valid Yellow Book from DOSH.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Solar Industries.
- 2 years experience in HSE roles
- Able to write work report by using Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess a high sense of responsibility.
