Follow-up & Monitoring:
Monitor and verify the timely implementation of management action plans addressing internal audit findings.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in internal auditing, external auditing (Big 4 background preferred), or enterprise risk management.

Domain Knowledge:
Deep understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000), Singapore regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.

Data Analytics:
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Power BI, Python/SQL) for data-driven auditing and continuous monitoring.

Soft Skills:
Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities paired with strong business acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to present findings to board-level leadership.
