Full Time Barista - Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in Koppiku Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages based on the given recipes.
• Make sure every drink meets the required standards for taste, quality, and appearance.
• Assist customers with their orders and provide information about coffee, brewing methods, and menu choices.
• Answer customer questions and handle complaints in a friendly and professional way.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow proper food handling, storage, and cleaning rules.
• Work with the team to ensure daily tasks are completed smoothly and customers receive good service.
• Assist with creating and sharing social media posts for the store during working hours, with at least one post on each working day.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Keep the workplace clean and organised.
• Have good communication and customer service skills.
• Follow safety rules when using equipment and preparing hot beverages.
• Be willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
