Responsibilities
Oversee the daily care and support arrangements for residents and coordinate with relevant staff to ensure their needs are attended to.
Develop, coordinate and facilitate programmes and activities that support residents’ social, emotional and general well-being.
Conduct monthly interviews with residents and maintain the necessary records for monitoring and follow-up purposes.
Ensure Home equipment is properly maintained, safe for use and reported for repair or servicing when necessary.
Ensure the Home’s premises are clean, orderly and maintained in accordance with established standards.
