Position Overview

The Sales Executive provides administrative and operational support to the room sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, client communications, event coordination, and revenue-generating initiatives. The individual plays a key part in maintaining relationships with corporate clients, event organizers and embassies and responsible for supporting the room sales team on their daily work task like preparing proposals, contracts, handles all in-coming sales enquiry via emails or telephones. The individual will assist the sales team for preparing daily show rooms of the residences and hotel.

The Role

Sales Activities

• Collaborate with all relevant departments to coordinate for site visits on behalf of the room sales team.
• Handles and responds to emails & calls from customer enquiries & requests in a timely manner.
• Support three Room Sales Colleagues in daily administrative duties.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the hotel's CRM system via Opera Cloud.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Manage group bookings and room blocks via Opera Cloud.
• Identify opportunities for upselling guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel services.
• Maintain filing systems and contract records.
• Process invoices, commission payable to event company and client billing support.
• Will require to support the team's client events.
• Able to prospect new businesses through phone solicitation, on-site sales calls, conducing site-visits, and participations in relevant industry events to promote the residences and hotel and develop potential business as part of career advancement.

Talent Profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience in luxury hotels
• Understanding of sales processes
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office including words, excel, power point
• Knowledge in S&C Opera Cloud
