This internship role will attach with MISC-Marine (the Integrated Marine Services arm of MISC Group).

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laws student to join our Legal Services team as intern. As an Intern, you will be exposed to a variety of Legal Services related tasks, including research, contract drafting, and as well as to support general administrative assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for laws students to gain hands-on experience and enhance their knowledge and experience in a professional environment.

Area(s) of Exposures includes;

• Conduct legal research on various topics, case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, terms and conditions, addendum and letters.
• Help in organizing, update and maintaining legal documentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.
• Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Legal team members.

Requirements;

• Undergraduate who are currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Laws or equivalent from local/ private university/ college.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Good understanding of legal terminology and principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
