• Plan, create, and produce engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other company-approved platforms.
• Create videos, photos, promotional materials, and creative content to promote company products, campaigns, and brand awareness.
• Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos for product promotions, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative ideas and content strategies to attract customers and increase audience engagement.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Live Host teams to ensure content supports the company's sales targets and marketing objectives.
• Conduct product research and understand product features, benefits, and target audiences before creating content.
• Follow the content calendar and ensure all content is prepared and published according to the assigned schedule.
• Monitor social media trends, popular topics, and competitor activities to develop relevant and engaging content.
• Assist in preparing promotional content for new product launches, sales campaigns, special offers, and company events.
• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, engagement, shares, and customer responses.
• Ensure all content provides accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and company details.
• Maintain the company's brand image and ensure all published content complies with company guidelines and social media platform policies.
• Collaborate with the relevant departments to obtain product information, promotional details, and other materials required for content creation.
• Prepare content performance reports and provide suggestions for improving engagement and marketing effectiveness.
• Perform any other duties related to content creation and marketing as assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
