Full Time Group Manager - TCU Coffee Jobs, Salary up to SGD 18,000 in NESTLE R&D CENTER (PTE) LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and competitive products and technology / process systems which meet Markets / Business / SBU's needs, consistent with Global, Zone and Market Business Plans and in alignment with NCE model.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Participate in project definition

- Support businesses in pipelines or operational strategies definitions

DELIVER RESULTS:

- Team and Project portfolio management to deliver innovations / renovation projects on time, on budget and smoothly into operations

- Plan, organize and lead group to achieve these objectives

- Ensure that the group is providing the appropriate service/support to Markets and or Product and Process Development projects

- Ensure adequate protection strategies

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP:

- Lead and develop people and their business specific expertise:

- Drive Innovation - using as well internal as external resources (Innovation partnership - INP)

- Ensure optimal use / sharing of available know-how (knowledge management)

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:

- Establish close relationships to support the factories/markets/businesses

MASTERSHIP:

- Support Product and Process Mastership & Quality by Design
