Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Fuchi Engineering (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

Candidates with extensive experience in construction-site supervision are also encouraged.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Willing to work at different project locations depending on project assignments.

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities, ensure work I carried out accordingly.

Coordinate and monitor worker and site activities accordingly.

Ensure construction works meet quality and safety standards.

Identify potential project issues and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

Prepare and maintain daily site reports and relevant documentation.

Communicate effectively with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and other involved departments.
