Cricut Asia is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the growth of its brand and community in Singapore. Working closely with the Regional Marketing team for Singapore and Malaysia, the intern will manage day-to-day social media activities, produce short-form content and support the execution of influencer and creator partnerships. This is a hands-on role offering direct exposure to end-to-end digital marketing operations.

• Location: Singapore (hybrid, with in-person shoots and events)
• Duration: 6 months, full-time (part-time considered for final-year students)
• Start: Immediate
• Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager, Cricut Asia

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule and publish content across Cricut Singapore's TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts channels in line with the monthly content calendar
• Manage and moderate the Cricut Singapore Telegram and Facebook communities, driving engagement through updates, polls and challenges
• Monitor and report on weekly performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth and TikTok Shop conversions, with recommendations for optimisation

Content Creation

• Conceptualise, film and edit short-form video content
• Support livestreams, in-store demonstrations and workshops, including on-site content capture

Influencer and Creator Partnerships

• Identify, evaluate and manage creators and campaign performance
• Coordinate creator outreach, product seeding, campaign briefs and content timelines
• Review creator deliverables for alignment with campaign briefs and brand guidelines prior to publication

Requirements

• Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, including current trends, content formats and platform best practices
• Proficiency in video production and editing using CapCut or equivalent tools
• Excellent written English, with an understanding of tone and language that resonates with Singapore audiences
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Eligible to undertake an internship in Singapore

Preferred

• A portfolio of content created for personal, academic or professional accounts
• Familiarity with Cricut, Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop and Capcut
• Prior experience in influencer coordination, community management or TikTok operations
