What you will do:

• Work Pass Matters - Application/Issuance/Cancellations/Renewal
• Office phone system upkeep
• All Devices and Tech setup for new starters
• Job board monitoring - Assigning credits/usage/data analysis
• Employee administrative duties
• Onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Supporting company events logistics and ensuring successful delivery
• Other administrative and adhoc duties

What we are looking for:

Proven track record as an office business support staff for at least 3 years.
You are a problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful.
You should be organized in your thinking and approach to work, able to multitask efficiently.
You are a professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
