Full Time Engineer Jobs, in ZTE Singapore - Maukerja

Main Responsibilities

1. Conduct on-site surveys, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of telecommunications networks.
2. Assist in network technical design, planning, and implementation.
3. Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting.
4. Respond to major or critical network issues and provide on-site support in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project delivery and network operations.

Main Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks and related technologies.
3. Relevant internship experience or technical support skills would be an advantage.
4. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
5. Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
6. Willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible working attitude.
