Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Check stock availability, product descriptions, and spare part details before preparing sales orders.

Prepare and maintain sales orders and delivery orders (D/O).

Coordinate with the warehouse team on order picking, packing, and delivery arrangements.

Communicate with the dispatch and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

Assist customers with issues involving incorrect spare parts, returns, and exchanges.

Follow up with relevant departments to resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns.

Maintain accurate sales order records and supporting documentation.
