Full Time Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Vvinners Technology Selangor - Maukerja

2–5 years of relevant sales experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, shipping, logistics, or related industries

Strong knowledge of ocean freight, import/export, and international logistics

Proven track record in new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets

Existing customer network in the freight forwarding / shipping industry is highly preferred

Good understanding of freight rates, quotations, and commercial negotiations

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia

Willing to travel for customer visits and business development

Identify and acquire new customers for sea freight, NVOCC, freight forwarding & logistics services

Generate new business through cold calling, customer visits, referrals, networking, and market research

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Understand customer shipping requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions

Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, follow up on leads, and close deals

Develop new business opportunities and increase customer volume

Monitor market rates, competitors, and industry trends

Coordinate with Operations, Documentation, Customer Service, and Finance teams

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets

Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report sales activities and pipeline

Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities
