Job Type: Contract (6 Months, Renewable)
Working Location: Sunway V2 Tower, No. 158, Jalan Peel, Maluri, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days per week, with 2 rotational off days

Job Description:

We are looking for a Credit Management Executive to assist with customer account management, payment follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to meet individual performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and outstanding account balances.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with account-related enquiries and payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Build positive customer relationships while meeting individual performance targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service, call centre operations, telemarketing, or account management is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary and Incentives:

• SPM: RM1,600 – RM1,700 per month
• Diploma: RM2,000 per month
• Degree: RM2,500 per month
• Negotiable based on educational qualification and relevant working experience, plus KPI-based incentives.

Additional Information:

• Contract duration: 6 months, with the possibility of renewal.
• Working schedule includes rotational off days.
• Pre-employment credit checks may be required as part of the hiring process.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
