Full Time Amazon Listing Optimisation Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in WEIGO International Federal Territory - Maukerja

This is a hybrid role that will move to full-time in the office over time.

ECOHomes is a brand that sells home and office products, such as tapes and organisers, on Amazon in the US. We make things for people who would rather fix something than replace it. We’re a small team with about 20 products, adding 5-10 new ones each year.

The job
To make sure every listing 'speaks' to the people buying it, and keep improving how well it converts.

• Dig into customer reviews, questions, and competitor listings to find out what buyers care about, what frustrates them, and what stops them from buying.
• Turn these into better titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ content, written in our brand voice.
• Track conversion, click-through, and sales data, run tests, and act on the results.
• Judge which images and A+ modules are working, and write clear briefs for our freelance graphic designer on what to change.
• Spot opportunities across the range, from keywords we’re missing to new product ideas customers keep asking for.
• Keep every listing consistent with the brand as a whole.

You’ll fit if you:

• Are curious about why people buy, and enjoy finding patterns in what customers say.
• Are comfortable with numbers and like proving whether a change worked.
• Write clear, natural English that sounds like a person, not a sales pitch.
• Have a good eye and can tell why one product image makes you want to click and another doesn’t.
• Take feedback well and work without hand-holding.
• Are interested in AI and can make use of it effectively

Amazon experience not required.
