Full Time Production Supervisor - RTE Chicken Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in COL33 PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily RTE Chicken production and ensure production targets are met.
• Manage production staff, manpower allocation and daily work schedules.
• Monitor production quantity, yield and wastage.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, quality and SOP compliance.
• Control raw material usage and minimise production wastage.
• Monitor cooking, packing, labelling and finished-product quality.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, QA, Procurement and Logistics for smooth operations.
• Record and report daily production, wastage and manpower performance.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure production area and equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years' experience in food production or food manufacturing.
• Supervisory/team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Good manpower management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
