Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales / Business Development professional to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in logistics services. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers and promoting our local distribution, international freight (air & sea), and warehousing solutions while collaborating with internal operations teams to ensure excellent service execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities in logistics services.
• Promote the company’s core service portfolio, including local distribution, international freight forwarding (air & sea), and contract warehousing solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential prospects and industry opportunities.
• Prepare commercial quotations, manage sales leads throughout the pipeline, and successfully convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers to foster account retention and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, or express/courier industry.
• Solid understanding of local logistics operations, air freight, sea freight, or warehousing solutions.
• Strong capabilities in new account acquisition, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a strong focus on driving business growth.
