Our client is a leading international trading company specialising in paper and packaging products, with a strong presence across global markets. They are currently looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support professional to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails and messaging platforms to handle enquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Provide accurate information on product specifications, pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and other internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer, order and shipment records across various platforms.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and complaints to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, provide timely updates to customers and proactively address any delivery concerns.
• Identify potential shipping risks, including delays, damages or loss of goods, and coordinate with relevant parties to minimise disruptions.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics or related functions is preferred.
• Experience in the paper trading / paper products industry will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling documentation, data entry and customer enquiries.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
