Role Description

Manage the movement, storage, and distribution of goods to support reliable service and efficient operations. Logistics Managers oversee transport planning, carrier performance, and shipment coordination. Distribution Managers manage order fulfillment, delivery networks, and distribution schedules. Warehouse Managers oversee receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, picking, packing, and dispatch. Lead teams, manage budgets and resources, monitor performance, and improve processes while maintaining safety and meeting applicable operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Substantial experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations, including team supervision or management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• For Logistics Manager roles, experience in transport coordination, carrier management, freight costs, and shipment performance.
• For Distribution Manager roles, experience in delivery planning, order fulfillment, and managing distribution networks.
• For Warehouse Manager roles, experience in inventory control, warehouse layouts, stock counts, and receiving and dispatch operations.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and relevant warehouse, transport, or enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance measures, and implement operational improvements.
• Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and operational requirements relevant to the facility and goods handled.
