About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong .NET background and banking domain expertise to design, architect and deliver enterprise B-end business systems for banking clients. You will lead solution design, collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking IT projects, and ensure architecture aligns with banking IT governance, security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise technical solutions for large B-end business systems, conduct architecture review, technical risk assessment and solution implementation planning.
• Lead solution architecture work throughout project lifecycle, from requirement analysis, technical design to development, testing and production delivery.
• Collaborate with business, development and operation teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable and maintainable technical architecture.
• Engage with banking stakeholders to understand banking IT environment, internal processes and regulatory requirements, provide technical consultation and architecture recommendations.
• Guide development teams on .NET stack best practices, resolve complex technical and architecture issues during project delivery.
• Drive architecture standardization, promote technology governance and ensure solution quality for banking core & supporting systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in B-end enterprise business system development, solid expertise in .NET and Microsoft technology stack, proven track record delivering medium-to-large scale enterprise projects.
• Deep understanding of banking IT infrastructure and banking operation workflows, with direct banking system development experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of banking RIM systems. Prior architecture experience on RIM systems for Singapore local banks or global banks such as HSBC is strongly preferred.
• Strong solution architecture capabilities, proficient in end-to-end enterprise solution design, good at balancing functional needs, performance, security and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in multi-cultural project teams; familiarity with Singapore banking regulatory environment is a plus.
