Full Time CIVIL - STRUCTURAL ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in EKVE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities for C&S and team for hiqhwav in operation (at Section 1) are as follows:

1. Prepare, coordinate and review of maintenance plans and schedules related to C&S aspect for the highway

2. Monitor, review and coordinate the supervision of maintenance works, third party works and any other works related to and which has direct or indirect impact to the highway

3. Monitor and review the performance and quality of C&S aspect of the highway. Responsible to recommend, plan and coordinate mitigation measures on any arising cases of performance and quality problems

4. Plan, develop, prepare and review works system such as procedures, work instruction and forms for the unit. Responsible to monitor the compliance, analysed and report the implementation of works system in accordance to IS09001

5. Plan, coordinate and execute inspection on the C&S components of the highway at suitable regular cycle or as whenever required

6. Plan, coordinate and implement the collection of necessary data and information, conducting analysis and prepare reports either regular monthly report to authority (such as Highway Maintenance Report and Monthly and M&E Works Report to Malaysian Highway Authority in relation to EPI System) or any other required reports

7. Plan, coordinate and conduct meeting, regular or on demand basis which related to C&S issues with maintenance contractors, local authorities or third parties

8. Responsible on the planning, distribution, allocation, monitoring and supervision of resources for C&S unit such as subordinate staff, vehicles, equipment etc

9. Continually develop and improve the maintenance system for highway

10. Review of monthly interim progress claim submitted by maintenance contractors and to conduct evaluation before endorsement

11. Supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff, identify their needs and establish their goals, recommend orientation, course or training for career development

12. Conduct the final review and verification, ensuring that contractors submit the as- built documentation in accordance with the project plan

13. Supervise and ensure the timely closure and completion of all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), defect rectification works, and outstanding works by the main contractors; and

14. Undertake any other duties necessary as directed by the Management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Experience:

• Civil & Structure: 2 years (Preferred)
