Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated ability in account management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Familiarity with the Accounting / Tax Services industry is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.

Experience with CRM software is advantageous.

Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings if required.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored accounting and tax solutions.

Proactively identify sales opportunities within the client base and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of services.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

Collaborate with the internal accounting and tax teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
