Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in validating new equipment and manufacturing processes.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and operational performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes, equipment performance and regulatory compliance.

• Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and delivery efficiency.

• Support the development of technical capabilities across departments.

• Maintain accurate technical records and prepare reports as required.

• Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering support or a similar role.

• Experience working in a production or factory environment.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
