Full Time IT Engagement Specialist (Contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate stakeholders’ IT needs into clear requirements and coordinate with relevant IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Support IT projects, proposals, implementation plans and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate the implementation of IT solutions and support project management activities.
• Provide functional guidance on IT infrastructure, networks, systems and IT services without requiring extensive hands-on technical work.
• Support IT service requests, ticket follow-up, IT policies, compliance and related requirements.
• Engage IT teams and technology vendors on Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities and emerging technologies, including AI and digitalisation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, user experience, productivity and resource utilisation.
• Communicate IT policies, processes and technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while balancing stakeholder needs with corporate IT requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in IT, technology, project coordination, business analysis, IT service management or a related function.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems and technology concepts, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with users, stakeholders, partners and management.
• Comfortable working in a functional and stakeholder-facing role, with strong engagement and coordination capabilities.
• Experience supporting IT projects, proposals, process improvement initiatives or technology implementation will be advantageous.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deliverables.
• Proactive, adaptable and service-oriented, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and digitalisation is advantageous.
• Able to explain IT concepts, policies and requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
