A leading online fashion retailer is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead sustainability and environmental, social and governance (ESG) communications. The role is responsible for developing and delivering clear, credible and engaging communication strategies that support organisational priorities and strengthen awareness among internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will be part of the global communications team, collaborating with leaders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that support sustainability and ESG priorities.
• Create clear and engaging content for internal and external audiences across relevant channels.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership, storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with leaders and subject matter experts to translate complex topics into accessible messages.
• Monitor industry, regulatory and communication trends to identify emerging issues and opportunities.
• Set communication objectives, track performance and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualified with 10 years of communications experience within strong experience in ESG, and Sustainability-related communications in consumer industries
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
