The Assistant Service Supervisory (Culinary) supports the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes, working under the guidance of the Chef de Partie. This role provides hands-on cooking experience, skill development, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility within the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Support the Chef de Partie in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency on your station.
Learn and develop culinary skills across different stations, gaining experience in various cooking techniques.
Follow portion control, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and storage of ingredients.
Contribute ideas for improving workflow, recipes, and operational efficiency.
Support the kitchen team during busy periods, stepping in where needed.
Maintain a positive attitude, accountability, and a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably as Demi Chef or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and other relevant cooking techniques is advantageous.
Eagerness to learn, develop skills, and take on increasing responsibility.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Working Location: Vivo City
Working Requirements: 6 days work week, 8 hours rotating shift between 7am -1030pm
