Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Scitech Construction Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction (architecture/building works).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site management.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Familiar with Malaysian standards, CIDB requirements and site safety regulations.

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site, including structural, architectural and M&E works.

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, BOQ and project schedule.

Enforce safety and health (OSH) regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and workers to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Inspect work quality and workmanship, identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Manage site resources, materials and equipment for efficient use.

Keep records and prepare regular site reports, progress updates and photographs.

Liaise with project consultants, clients and authorities when required.

Assist in variation works, site measurements and as-built documentation (where applicable).

Daily Tasks

Conduct site inspection and toolbox meeting.

Check and monitor ongoing construction works (e.g. foundation, structure, brickwork, finishing, etc.).

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.

Coordinate with subcontractors on manpower, equipment and materials.

Update site progress and record activities (site diary, photos, reports).

Check quality of work and rectify non-compliance.

Manage site logistics (material delivery, storage, waste management, etc.).

Attend site meetings with contractors/consultants when required.
