LIVE HOST & SALES EXECUTIVE – TRAVEL AGENCY

We are looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven Live Host & Sales Executive to promote our travel packages through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.

If you are comfortable in front of the camera, love travelling and enjoy talking to people, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Host regular live sessions on TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Promote and sell travel packages, tours, hotels, flights and travel-related services.
• Explain package details, itineraries, prices, promotions and booking procedures clearly.
• Engage with viewers and respond to questions and comments during live sessions.
• Convert viewers and enquiries into bookings and sales.
• Follow up with potential customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Create engaging content such as TikTok videos, Reels and travel promotional videos.
• Work closely with the marketing and travel operations team to prepare promotional materials and live content.
• Keep updated with current travel trends, destinations and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries and bookings.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

KPI / Performance

• Minimum live-streaming hours per week.
• Number of leads generated from live sessions.
• Number of enquiries converted into bookings.
• Monthly sales / booking target.
• Social media engagement and audience growth.

Requirements

• Confident, energetic and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly, persuasive and comfortable talking to customers.
• Sales-oriented and motivated by targets and commission.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Creative and able to generate engaging content.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience as a Live Host, Sales Executive, Content Creator or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passion for travel and tourism is an added advantage.
